Four Primary Energies-Sì Zhèng

  1. Peng – Ward Off: Expansive, buoyant energy that deflects force.
  2. Lu – Roll Back: Redirects incoming force like water flowing around a rock.
  3. Ji – Press: Focused forward compression using both hands.
  4. An – Push: Downward and outward sinking force, rooted and relaxed.
